Key responsibilities

According to the vacancy notice, the role centres on the following duties:

• Support the implementation of ETF's human capital development activities
• Provide expertise in vocational education and training, skills development, and labour market analysis
• Contribute to policy analysis, capacity building and knowledge sharing activities
• Prepare analytical reports, policy briefs and other knowledge products
• Facilitate workshops, seminars and other learning events
• Liaise with national stakeholders, EU Delegations and other partners

Are you eligible?

• Education: University degree (Master's level or equivalent) in a relevant field such as education, economics, social sciences or related disciplines
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of human capital development, vocational education and training, skills development or labour market policies
• Languages: English (C1)
• Key skills: Excellent analytical and report writing skills, Strong communication and facilitation skills, Ability to work in multicultural environments, Knowledge of EU policies and programmes in the field of education and training

Contract and working arrangements

Contract duration: Project-based, up to 12 months.
