* A Bachelor’s level qualification from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline (such as Business Administration) and 5 years' post-related experience, or, at least 10 years' extensive and progressive experience in duties related to the function of the post. * Strong skills in data visualization, dashboard development, and advanced analytics techniques. * Experience in developing and implementing KPI frameworks and performance management systems. * Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R). * Ability to drive process improvements and standardize practices across different teams. * NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable.
